We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Parcel opening video required, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When A Customer Doesn't Like The Product
when a customer doesn't like the products or change the mind, or the fabrics/ clothing didn’t meet their expectations and wish to return/replace part or whole of the order (not applicable in case of fabrics measuring below 2.5 meters), Fabric bazaar accepts returns for the rest of the fabrics. In such cases, the customer shall pay the full shipping charges, and the parcel will be dispatched by the customer only, we don't have a pickup facility, The refund is processed after the parcel is received.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Exchange
You have to dispatch the parcel by yourself, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Before placing order check the size carefully, We don't bearer any shipping charges exchange the sizes. Customer have to pay both side shipping charges.
